The WCA is ready to facilitate a second meeting with the community in regards to Clare Gardens Park. As many of you already know, the City of Ottawa has set aside funds for a new play structure. This is a really critical stage for us because (a) we will be showing park plans (b) we need to hear your feedback and (c) we’re looking for a few dedicated folks to take on fund-raising duties for the extra components the budget won’t cover.
When: Wednesday May 27, 2009 at 7:00 p.m.
Where: Mothercraft Ottawa, 475 Evered Ave.

Sorry to have the second consult. We’re very supportive of the idea of preserving the natural look and feel of the green park. Something unique and different than Iona would be great!
