Parkinson SuperWalk is Canada’s largest national fundraising event for Parkinson Society Canada and its regional partners. For the past 19 years, Parkinson Society Eastern Ontario has hosted highly successful SuperWalks in Ottawa. In the most recent years we have also expanded and currently host SuperWalk events in Cornwall, Brockville, Embrun and Renfrew as well.

Parkinson SuperWalk is a chance for our community to unite and celebrate their hard work raising funds and awareness; a day filled with hope for a future without Parkinson’s. Funds raised at SuperWalk go to vital research, education, advocacy, and support services on behalf of the over 100,000 Canadians living with Parkinson’s disease as well as their 400,000 family members, friends, and caregivers.

In Eastern Ontario, funds raised ensure that we can continue to deliver vital programs and services that create a better life and brighter future for more than 8,000 people living with Parkinson’s and their families. Equally important, funds raised will be invested in leading edge research for improved treatments and our hope for a cure for this serious neurological disease.

I was diagnosed of Parkinson’s Disease a couple of years ago, I had severe fatigue, difficulty with mobility and sleeping. I was given medications which helped but only for a short while. So i decided to try alternative measures and began on Parkinson’s HERBAL TREATMENT from Kycuyu Health Clinic, It made a tremendous difference for me (Go to their website www. kycuyuhealthclinic. com ). I had improved walking balance, muscle strength and improved vision
