I like the intensification, especially on Champagne Avenue close to the O-Train… great location. I just hope that Ashcroft comes up with something nicer than what they are known for – their designs are plain and uninspiring. The renderings I’ve seen for this seem ok, but are still nothing special… The SoHo Italia, on the other hand, is different, and much nicer than most proposals in Ottawa.
