Generally a great plan, although I don’t think an additional pathway (#11) through the middle of the park is necessary, and will detract from the largest potential open grassy play area. I also note that the relocated swing set seems very close to the property line(s), especially to the home on the west side/end of Athlone. I would like assurance that minimum set-backs are being respected.
